INTRODUCTION
The Funboard Championship in Spain, will be held on the beach of Sant Pere Pescador (Girona) from 17 to 19 June, near the Camping Aquarius, organized by Club Esportiu Ones, Windsurfcat Esportiva Association, the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation and the Catalan Sailing Federation in accordance with the Secretary of the Class, the cooperation of the City of Sant Pere Pescador and Girona Provincial Council and sponsored by Windsurfistes Associates of Premia (WAP), The Surfera Gironina, AHD, Angle, B3, Capgirell, Daffi, Doctor X, Drops, Exocet, Ezzy, F2, Fanatic, Gaastra, Gul, Hot Sails Maui, Ion, JP Australia, Mistral, Mormaii, Naish, Navman Neil Pryde, North Sails, Oxbow, Palmer, Radz, RRD, Simmer, Starboard, Tabou and Wind 220.

The Funboard Championship in Spain will go for the Catalan Championship Funboard 2006 (CCF).

1 RULES

The regatta will be governed by the Funboard Racing Rules, as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing ISAF, 2005-2008 and regulations Freestyle Wave and the IWA / IFCA (Appendix B, Parts 2 and 3). At the same time by the requirements of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation, the requirements of the Guide Sports Catalan Sailing Federation, Rules of Class, Race Instructions and its amendments.

2 CLASSES INVOLVED

2.1 The regatta is reserved for the Funboard class.
2.2 The categories are: Men's, master's, women and youth.
2.3 The participants will take part in the form of SUPER X.
2.4 For the validity of the race will be who score a minimum of 10 tables to the absolute ranking, and master categories, women and youth a minimum of 5 tables.

3 ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Participants must meet eligibility requirements of ISAF (listed in regulation 19 of the ISAF) and requirements of the FCV RFEV and to such regulation.
3.2 The regatta Funboard SPAIN CHAMPIONSHIP 2006 is a closed i race with registration not limited.
3.3 The participants will be members of the class involved, and be aware of the annual fee.

4 ADVERTISING

4.2 The Individual participants may display advertisements classified as Category C in accordance with ISAF Regulation 20 and the requirements of RFEV to such regulation.
4.1 It may require participants to display advertising in accordance with Rule 20.3 (d) (ii) of Regulation 20 ISAF.

5 REGISTRATION

5.1 Pre-registration:
5.1.1 Pre-registration is completed necessarily in the form attached, and sent via email to the secretariat xtorres@windsurfcat.com Funboard class or through the web www.windsurfcat.com before 12/04/2006 .
5.1.2 Registration fees are 25 euros. The regatta includes lycra shirt, lunch, dinner.
5.1.3 Registration fees will be effective through bank transfer to account number 2100-1841-01-0200112852 of "La Caixa".
5.1.4 The sine qua accompany the registration form with proof of payment or proof of having made the bank transfer.
5.1.5 The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept entries received after the deadline.

5.2 Confirmation of enrollment:
5.2.1 The register of participants required, will be held at the Race Office, as follows:
• Each participant must personally sign the Registration Form before 9:00 am, the starting day of the race (06/18/2005).
• The Registry is subject to the presentation, before the appointed hour, the following documents:
• Athlete of the current license year.
• Card Class this year.
• Documentary evidence of age for the youth category.
• For children under 18 application form must be signed parent or legal guardian, downloading of any responsibility to the organization and its representatives and delegates.

COMPETITION FORMAT 7

7.1 There will be many sets of qualifying as weather conditions permit.
7.2 will be completed at least one full set of qualifiers for the validity of the race.

8 SCORE

8.1 Appendix A shall apply and the Low Point System, described in RRS rule A4.1. Be published in the Official Notice Board (ONB).
8.2 It will be three classifications:
• Absolute
• Absolute master
• Absolute female
• Youth, including male and female categories.

9 SELECTION

The Championship of Spain will serve as a national ranking for 2007 and will be used as selection regatta.

10 AWARDS AND TROPHIES

Be published in the Official Notice Board (ONB).

RESPONSIBILITIES 11

11.1 The participants in the race of Roses, do so at their own risk.

11.2 The Organizing Committee or any person or entity involved in organizing the event, disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that may occur to persons or things, and also excludes damage from latent distress, recklessness, negligence and insurance existing laws on land com in the sea, as a result of participation in the races covered by this Notice of Race.

Advised of the Fundamental Rule 4, Decision to Race, Part 1 of the RRS, which states: "It is the exclusive responsibility of a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing"
