F2 International GmbH declared bankrupt
The windsurfing and snowboarding company is bankrupt. The company was purchased no more than 1 year for a company based in Salzburg.
According to credit institutions, the debt amounted to 5.8 million. The current values of the company amounted to no more than 800,000 €.
The company has been forced to declare bankruptcy due to high debts mainly due to the large spending on marketing, product development and recruitment of summer and winter athletes.
Due to the insolvency of the company, F2 International GmbH, FN Alpenstr. 99, 5020 Salzburg, 290347g, Salzburg regional court has rejected the request not to declare bankruptcy.
