In the Canary Islands there are numerous places for windsurfing and surfing. On the island of Gran Canaria, where I live are two of the best known beaches in Europe where they are held to be two of the world championship trials and wave jumping, beach in the municipality of Vargas and Agüimes Pozo Izquierdo.
But apart from these there are many more beaches, some of which are little known and others yet to be discovered. For that reason I move soil every day to do what I like, windsurfing or surfing and find the best wind and wave conditions in the Canary Islands. Last week I was lucky enough to find a place little known and crowded conditions with wind waves and magnificent. What nominate a Secret Spot.

These places keep a mystery to Surfers and windsurfers as they are busy little places where you do not see anybody in the water and I do not know why ... At that time you're looking at the waves breaking perfectly pass you by head a thousand thoughts and unanswered questions to make you goose bumps and until you enter the water and check for yourself the conditions of the spot, do not get answers.

The Secret Spot is little known places difficult to access and have some risk.

But this only happens in rare cases that could be counted on the fingers of one hand. Almost certainly many of us have driven past one of these Secret Spot without realizing they are there.

In the photos you can see the quality of the wave and wind. Since there are few virgin places in the Island which you can enjoy the freedom that mother nature provides us with the sea and dare wind and waves.

Unfortunately Gran Canaria is a very crowded island in which they are destroying the few places left for us to play a sport as clean and nice as windsurfing and surfing.

There is also the promotion of activities that are associated with a large tourism industry on the island and textile and accessories for these sports which use the name of the island or the spot to promote worldwide products . So it is difficult to find a place like this.

To find even a Secret Spot on the island as this is quite a lot.
The sail alone all day and to classify the best wave without any pressure from other riders is a unique sensation. For me, these are the best days of the year.

Occurred to me to be sailing in the Secret Spot in very good condition with two or three friends and enjoy to the fullest. Meanwhile there are people surfing at the beach well known a few km with good but very crowded you could end estresándote.
It is for this reason that these sites are left in anonymity as much as possible.
In order to enjoy them more freely. Until the day comes that releases published the name and lose their anonymity and becomes in time a well-known and crowded as many others.
But the good thing about this sport is that there will be more places to discover, as a wave is not created, if it is discovered.
