PWA Sylt 2009: danger test wave for women

Budget cuts and the girls ran out of the slalom test PWA Sotavento on the island of Fuerteventura, and this time the test waves for the women in Sylt is endangered.
The great German organization also seems to suffer from budgetary constraints and therefore seems to have decided not to organize the test wave for women.
