Mástil RDM para Severne Ncx 7,5

La consulta es que si en los tiempos que estamos, se puede dejar perfectamente trimada la NCXpro 7,5 de 2012, con un RDM, pues en sus indicaciones no explica ni aconseja esto, solo la medida y dureza!
Se trataría de montarla con un mástil de 460 RDM 100%carbono, y necesito saber, si no tendré problemas con los ajustes, ni con el espacio que sobra en el gratil, a la hora de navegar!

Ya tienes el mastil? hombre para velas de race yo prefiero el sdm es mas liviano y menos flex.

Pero funcionará bien. Yo he montado un rdm y un blueline sdm ambos funcionan bien.
De todos modos la persona que te ha vendido ese mastil redline creo que tambien tenia una ncx no?

For sure the BLUE Line 460 SDM will rig up better on this sail. However the downhaul looks about right for strong winds, you could reduce it around 1-2cm for light winds.

The outhaul does look a bit too much. In the ncx_radz.jpg you are able to reduce the outhaul 2-3cm from its current position I think. Battens number 5 and 6 (from the top) should be behind the mast about half way on an standard mast.

It’s very hard to tell from the photos and even more difficult when not rigged on the recommended mast. However, it doesn’t look too far off. Remember the numbers on the sail are a guideline only. Tuning the sail to find your best personal settings is always needed."
