I send this email to remind you all the informations regarding this big event of Formula Windsurfing in the Iberian (Portugal).
This event will count for the new European Cup (same like some years ago Eurocup), is the start event of this new cup, also counts for the Iberian Championship, Copa de Espanha and PAN (Portuguese Ranking).
Don´t forget that the INSCRIPTION SHEET and EQUIPMENT REGISTRATION SHEET will have to be send till 20 OF APRIL 2012, if not and you want to make the inscription only in the first day of the event you will have to pay 60euros for the inscription. If you send the inscription sheet in time only pay 45 euros, please send it in time for the organization have everything prepared for all competitors

In the end of the NOR you have all the informations regarding accomodations, and near airport. If you came by airplane, we only have transfer to the race office if a minimum of 5 competitors is arriving at that airport in that day, if not we don´t do transfer, because the airport is a little far, but you have 3 international airports.
Regarding accomodation, all the accomodation is 15 to 20 km from the race Office, this is a reservation area and for that in forbidden big buildings near the lake, because of that we send several accomodation that you have to choose because the prices are diferent. Also we don´t have any transfers between accomodations and race office, because all accomodations are small, and is impossible for us in the morning and in the afternon make a tour for all accomoations and bring the competitors, thats is impossible for us.
Accomodation, is possible to camp near the race office, with autocaravans, caravans and tends, the site and WC but without shower.
The water from the lake is not salt water, is almost drinkble water.
Weather and wind - Flat water, temperature of water - 23º - Wind between 7 to 20 nots, is almost impossible to have more than 20nots in that time.
