Last month, on September 11, Salesforce launched seven new agents within Agentforce. It calls them "job-ready" agents. Each one is built for a single job, like customer support or sales, so a company doesn't have to build its own from scratch

If you are thinking about joining a Salesforce Course, this is worth knowing. Here is what each agent does. For your convenience, we have discussed them here so you can get an overview of all of them. If you are looking to become a Salesforce Developer, then applying for the Salesforce Course can help with that.

Meet the seven agents

Casey

Well, it handles the customer service department, where it will answer their queries. It will answer them in the form of voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Chat. This can also deal with returns and pass them to a human if the query is complex and complicated.

Paige

This helps employees with questions related to IT and HR. They may not need to raise a ticket for the same, as they can inquire directly on Slack or the Company Portal.

Sump

It is for online shoppers. It helps people find and compare products, and the customer can even pay inside the chat.

Piper

It works with inbound leads. When someone visits the website or sends an email, Piper will collaborate with them and check if they are the right fit or not. After this, it moves this to sales.

Hunter

This one is for outbound sales. It researches accounts, writes outreach, and helps with longer sales work that can run for days or weeks. Hunter is still in pilot. Salesforce says it will be available to everyone in November 2026.

Marshall

Marshall takes care of supply chain tasks. These are the repeat back-office jobs that eat up time. Marshal is best for keeping a record of every step taken.

End

It will handle customer experience across chat, email, phone, and Slack. It is known as Intercom.

All of these except Hunter are available now. Companies can also rename these if needed to align with the brand name.

What early users say

Salesforce shared a few numbers from customers. Keep in mind they come from Salesforce itself, not from an outside review.

Asana says Piper brought four times more conversations, and a typical setup takes around 45 days. Perk says Hunter is behind 60% of his sales pipeline.

Why this matters for your career

After the launch of the Agents, many of the Salesforce Professionals are worried about their jobs. But if taken positively, learning them can make the role of Salesforce Professionals more powerful. Because there will be a need for someone who can set up these agents, connect them with the right data, decide what each one is allowed to do, and check that it is doing a good job.

This is where a Salesforce Agentforce Course helps. A good one should teach you:

  • how Agentforce works and what each agent is for
  • how Data 360 gives agents the background they need
  • how to set topics, actions, and instructions
  • how to keep agents safe and under control
  • how to run a small project from start to finish

Why apply in Noida?

If you are residing in Delhi or nearby areas, you can have an opportunity to learn from the professionals who are already working on the same. Taking a course from Salesforce Training Institute in Noida can help you learn from real projects. So you need too check the syllabus before you pay and check whether they are giving training on Agents or not.

Conclusion

Salesforce is leading towards using the Agents that almost know their jobs. These agents are meant to make the platform easy for the companies to use them and make skilled people more useful. If you are just starting out in this field, then taking a course that covering these agents will benefit you in the future.
